2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on the Site, request the free Reactivation Playbook, book a call, or email us, we may collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your phone number (when you choose to provide it)
Any message or information you include when you contact us or book a call
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
We do not knowingly collect information from children. The Site is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
Schedule, confirm, and conduct calls and consultations with you
Send you marketing and educational emails, including our email newsletter and follow-up sequences, which you can opt out of at any time (see Section 8)
Operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Site
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse
Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms
We rely on your consent (which you may withdraw), our legitimate business interests in operating and growing our business, and the need to respond to your requests as the bases for these uses.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors use it, and measure and improve our marketing.
Essential cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics.
Advertising cookies and pixels allow us and our advertising partners to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads to you on other sites and platforms. We may use advertising technologies such as Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain analytics and advertising cookies through the tools those providers offer (for example, Google’s Ads Settings and Meta’s ad preferences). Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works for you.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. California residents have additional choices described in Section 9.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share your information only as described below.
Service providers (data processors). We share information with trusted companies that perform services for us, under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing those services:
GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform. GoHighLevel processes your form submissions, hosts our scheduling and booking calendar, stores your contact record, and sends our email (and, where enabled, text message) communications.
Microsoft 365 / Outlook — the email service we use for direct, one-to-one correspondence with you (for example, when we reply to your message or coordinate onboarding).
Framer — the platform that hosts and serves our Site.
Analytics and advertising providers — as described in Section 4 (for example, Google and Meta), which process technical and usage information to help us measure and improve our Site and marketing.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
Business transfers. If Max Ai Ventures is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the materials and services you request, to maintain our business relationship, and to comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it. If you unsubscribe from our emails, we keep a minimal record of your email address on a suppression list so we can honor your opt-out.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. We also rely on the security measures of the service providers named above. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Unsubscribe from emails. Every marketing email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop sending you marketing emails promptly.
Access, correct, or delete. You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13.
Withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This will not affect communications or processing that already occurred.
We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.
Categories of information we collect. In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories described in Section 2, which may include identifiers (such as name, email address, and phone number), internet or network activity (such as Site usage and device information), and the contents of communications you send us.
Your rights. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to:
Know and access the personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.
Delete the personal information we have collected from you.
Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (Section 4) may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. You can opt out by adjusting your cookie and advertising controls as described in Section 4 and by contacting us using the details in Section 13.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this option).
Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights. Submit a request using the contact details in Section 13. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not operate or control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
11. United States Only
The Site and our services are intended for users located in the United States. Your information is collected, processed, and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please do not submit your personal information to us.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy and post the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
